After cavitation, the fat is removed naturally by the body. The only side effects may be that you feel a little thirsty as the body wants to flush these waste products, so drink 1.5-2 litres of water a day for 5-7 days after treatment or daily for the duration of your course. You may have some redness around the treated area and mild bruising, both which are very normal, temporary and will subside.<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Pre-treatment – Do not drink alcohol in the 24hrs prior to treatment. Do not drink caffeine within 2hrs before or 2hrs after treatment. Drink 1.5 litres of water on the day of treatment. (Sip throughout the day. If you drink it all just before treatment, you will may feel bloated and uncomfortable during treatment).<\/p>\n

Aftercare – Exercise for 20-30mins (ideally cardio exercise) within 24-48hrs following your treatment. Drink approximately 1.5-2 litres of water daily and avoid alcohol for at least 24hrs. It is also advised to eat a healthy, well balanced diet.<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Generally, a course of 6 treatments is advised but more maybe required to reach the desired results. However, it is important that your expectations are realistic.

Results will be permanent and long-lasting as long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle. If you gain weight after the treatment, it will be all over your body and not just in that area as fat cells have been.
